What is dry needling?

Dry needling uses thin, sterile needles to target trigger points and painful tissues, often with electrical stimulation to enhance results. This technique helps release muscle tension, improve blood flow, reduce pain, and speed up recovery by triggering the body’s natural healing response. Though it may resemble acupuncture, dry needling is grounded in modern scientific principles and a deep understanding of human anatomy.
